RETURNS EXCHANGES

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 30 days from purchase date
  • Please place the shoebox inside another box or wrapped to avoid placing any labels or tape on the shoebox. Otherwise, a $10 re-stocking fee will apply if the appropriate original packaging is not included
  • All returns/exchanges must have not been worn and accompanied by all original packaging
  • All returns should be accompanied with a note with the name and address we originally shipped the order to and a brief description of the reason for return.
  • All shipping charges for returning items are the responsibility of customer
  • We process returns as quickly as we can get them done, usually within 2 business days of receipt. We issue a full refund of the purchase price of the shoes. We do not refund any shipping charges if buyer upgraded the shipping service or on international orders.
