| Q. | I am purchasing a gift, can you send it direct to the person I am buying it for? |

If you are purchasing an item as a gift we are happy to send the item to the person you are buying the gift for; You will need to include in your payment that the purchase is a gift and what address you would like the purchase shipped to.

| Q. | I have e-mailed several times and have not received a response? |

If you have e-mailed us and have not received a response to your question please check to be sure you are e-mailing sharpscoolshoes@hotmail.com, we try to answer same day but may not be able to respond until next day.

| Q. | Will you e-mail my tracking number once you ship my item? |

Tracking numbers are e-mailed once we have shipped your shoes, if you have not received this e-mail please check your junk or bulk e-mail folder.

| Q. | I need to exchange for a different size. How can I guarantee you will have the size I need before I send these back? |

I'm sorry, it is not practical for us to hold an item for someone. Check the site to see if we have what you need available. You should go ahead and purchase the new item and return the original purchase for a refund. If you do choose to return for an exchange, we will do everything we can to accomodate the exchange, but if it is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.

| Q. | How do I return an item? |

You can use whichever shipping company you prefer to send an item back. The post office is generally the cheapest method if you do not have an account set up with one of the other delivery services. Details on returns can be found here.

| Q. | Do you require a signature for deliveries. |
| A. | We do not require a signature, however the delivery person will use their own judgement as to whether they will leave a package if nobody is available to accept it. If you work during the day, we suggest having packages shipped to your work address if they don't mind. |
